เริ่มต้น sysadmin ดูแล bare-metal server ตั้งแต่อายุ 18 ปี จนวันนี้ผ่านมากว่า 7 ปีในสาย Infrastructure ผมได้ออกแบบและดูแลระบบที่รองรับ traffic หลักร้อยล้าน request/วัน ตั้งแต่ startup ไปจนถึง enterprise ระดับ SET100
ปรัชญาของผมคือ "Infrastructure as a Product" — developer ที่ใช้ระบบของผมคือ customer คนหนึ่ง ผมจึงออกแบบทุกอย่างให้ self-service ได้, เข้าใจง่าย และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ เชื่อถือได้เมื่อสิ่งเลวร้ายเกิดขึ้น
